ANS Tracknology is committed to customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the product has not been shipped or the service has not been activated.
  • To cancel, email info@anstracknology.com or call +91 8369478860 with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled; you may initiate a return after delivery (see Section 2).
  • Custom/configured hardware orders (e.g., fleet installations, bulk orders) are non-cancellable once production/procurement has commenced.

2. Hardware Return Policy

  • Hardware products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are found to be defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the description.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • Physically damaged, tampered, or user-damaged products are not eligible for return.
  • Products that have been installed, activated, or used beyond initial testing are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • To initiate a return, contact our support team with unboxing photographs/video and the defect description.
  • ANS Tracknology will arrange reverse pickup or provide courier reimbursement (up to INR 200) for valid returns within the service coverage area.

3. Software / Subscription Cancellation

  • Software subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless the cancellation is due to a service failure attributable to ANS Tracknology.
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of initial activation (and with no significant usage) may be eligible for a pro-rata refund at ANS Tracknology's discretion.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Credit Card / Debit Card: Refund is credited to the original card, subject to your bank's processing time (typically 3–7 additional business days after we initiate the refund).
  • CC EMI Refunds: The full approved refund amount will be credited to your credit card. Your bank will close the EMI. Any EMI processing fee or foreclosure charges levied by the bank will be deducted by the bank and are non-refundable by ANS Tracknology.
  • UPI / Net Banking: Processed within 5–7 working days to the source account.
  • Razorpay's refund timeline policies also apply in conjunction with the above.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

⚠ The following items and situations are strictly non-refundable.

  • SIM card activation charges and data plan charges once activated
  • Installation, commissioning, or AMC service charges after work has been completed
  • Bank EMI processing fees and foreclosure charges
  • Products returned beyond the 7-day return window
  • Software subscription fees beyond the cancellation policy above
  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery

6. Payment Disputes via Razorpay

For payment disputes (including failed transactions, double charges, or EMI discrepancies) processed through Razorpay, you may contact Razorpay's support at support@razorpay.com or via their Grievance Portal.
