ANS Tracknology ships hardware products across India. Please read this policy to understand our shipping process, timelines, and your responsibilities upon delivery.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • ANS Tracknology ships hardware products across India via reputed courier partners.
  • We currently support domestic shipments within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • For bulk/fleet orders, special delivery arrangements may be made. Please contact us at info@anstracknology.com to discuss.

2. Delivery Timelines

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or order values as communicated on our website.
  • For valid returns, ANS Tracknology will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse courier charges up to INR 200 within the service coverage area.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be sent to your registered email/phone number once the order is shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number on the respective courier partner's website.

6. Risk & Title

Risk of loss and title for hardware products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. ANS Tracknology is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery is confirmed by the courier.


7. Delivery Inspection — Important

Customers must inspect the shipment at the time of delivery and report any visible damage or discrepancy to the courier and to ANS Tracknology within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Inspect the outer packaging before accepting delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, note it on the courier's delivery receipt before accepting.
  • Report any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products to our team within 48 hours with unboxing photographs/video.
  • Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained.

8. Failed / Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery or hold the package at a local facility.
  • If the shipment is returned to ANS Tracknology due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges will be applicable.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is accurate and complete.
