⚠ Note: These Terms apply to all transactions processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway, including UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Credit Card EMI programmes offered by all partner banks and card issuers.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the ANS Tracknology website (www.anstracknology.com) and/or purchasing our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "You") and ANS Tracknology ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").
2. Description of Products & Services
ANS Tracknology provides government-approved (AIS 140 certified) GPS tracking hardware, software platforms, and related services.
2.1 Hardware Products
- AIS 140 Certified GPS Tracking Devices (government-approved for commercial vehicles)
- Vehicle GPS Trackers — Bike Trackers, Car Trackers, OBD Diagnostic Trackers (2G/4G)
- Asset Trackers & Personal GPS Trackers (ID Tracker for kids)
- CCTV Surveillance Systems & Cameras
- Biometric Attendance & Access Control Devices
- Car Infotainment Systems with built-in 4G LTE hotspot (e.g., IntelliPlay)
2.2 Software & Platform Services
- Real-Time Vehicle Tracking Web Platform & Mobile App
- Fleet Management System — Speed Monitoring, Route Planning, Geofencing, Alerts
- School Bus Tracking & Parent Notification System
- Commercial Vehicle & Taxi Fleet Tracking
- Vehicle Location History & Reporting
- Remote Immobilisation / Vehicle Lock Feature
- IoT Automation & Asset Monitoring Platform
2.3 Support & Installation Services
- Device installation, configuration, and commissioning
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- SIM card & data plan management for GPS devices
- Technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits
ANS Tracknology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time with reasonable prior notice to customers.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- For business/fleet purchases, you must be duly authorised to represent your company or organisation.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or purchase, and to update such information as necessary.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- ANS Tracknology reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to have provided false information.
4. Pricing, Payment Terms & Billing
4.1 General Pricing
All prices listed on www.anstracknology.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, purchases confirmed before a price change will be honoured at the original price.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our authorised payment gateway, Razorpay:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay
- Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay
- Credit Card EMI (No-Cost & Standard EMI — as described in Section 5)
- UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps
- Net Banking: All major Indian banks
- Razorpay Pay Later & Wallets
- Corporate/Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) for bulk orders
4.3 GST & Taxes
- All hardware products attract applicable GST as per the current GST schedule for electronic and telecom equipment.
- Software subscriptions and SaaS services attract 18% GST.
- GST invoices will be issued for all B2B transactions upon request.
- Customers are responsible for any additional local levies or taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.
4.4 Subscription & Renewal Billing
- Platform/software subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase.
- Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
- Subscription renewal charges will be automatically debited from the registered payment method 3 days before the due date, unless cancelled as per the Refund Policy.
- ANS Tracknology will send a renewal reminder via email/SMS at least 7 days before the due date.
4.5 Failed Payments
- In case of a failed payment, access to software services may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
- For EMI default/failure, the respective bank's policies will apply in addition to these Terms.
- Customers will be notified of failed transactions and given 7 days to resolve the payment before service suspension.
5. Credit Card EMI Terms & Conditions
ANS Tracknology offers Credit Card EMI (Equated Monthly Instalments) options on eligible products through Razorpay in partnership with leading Indian banks and credit card issuers. By opting for CC EMI, you additionally agree to the following terms:
5.1 Eligible Banks & CC EMI Partners

- Bajaj Finserv (Bajaj EMI Card)
- Other card issuers as enabled on Razorpay from time to time
5.2 EMI Tenure & Interest
EMI tenure options (3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 months) and applicable interest rates (per annum) are determined by the respective bank/card issuer and displayed at checkout. ANS Tracknology is not responsible for the interest rate levied by your bank.
⚠ Note on No-Cost EMI: The discount on the product is adjusted against the interest charged by the bank, effectively making the total outflow equivalent to the product's original price. The bank's interest is still charged and credited back as a discount where applicable.
5.3 Processing Fee
- Certain banks may charge a one-time EMI processing fee (typically INR 99–499 + GST) at their sole discretion.
- Any such processing fee is non-refundable and is charged by the bank, not by ANS Tracknology.
- Processing fees are disclosed at the checkout stage before payment confirmation.
5.4 EMI Eligibility
- EMI availability depends on your credit card's eligibility, credit limit, and the bank's EMI conversion policies.
- A minimum transaction amount may apply for EMI eligibility (typically INR 3,000 or as specified by the bank).
- EMI on debit cards is available only for select banks that support debit card EMI.
- ANS Tracknology does not guarantee EMI approval; the final decision rests with the bank/card issuer.
5.5 Bank-Specific EMI Conditions
The following general conditions apply uniformly across all partner banks:
- The full purchase amount is blocked/reserved on your credit card limit at the time of the transaction.
- Monthly EMI instalments are billed directly to your credit card statement for the chosen tenure.
- Interest rates are determined solely by your bank/card issuer and are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
- No-Cost EMI (where offered): The product discount shown at checkout is equivalent to the interest charged by the bank, making your total outflow equal to the original product price.
- Prepayment or foreclosure of an EMI mid-tenure is subject to the pre-closure policy of your respective bank. Foreclosure charges (if any) are levied by the bank and are not collected by ANS Tracknology.
- In the event of a refund on an EMI transaction, the refund is credited back to your credit card. Your bank will close the outstanding EMI. Any processing fees or foreclosure charges are determined by and payable to your bank, not ANS Tracknology.
- For EMI-related queries, please contact your respective bank's customer care directly.

Interest rates, processing fees, and exact tenure options are determined by each bank independently. Always verify the applicable rate displayed at checkout before confirming your order. The bank list above is indicative and subject to change based on Razorpay's active EMI partnerships.
5.6 EMI Cancellation & Pre-closure
- Foreclosure of EMI mid-tenure is subject to the respective bank's pre-closure charges and policies.
- To foreclose an EMI, contact your bank directly; ANS Tracknology cannot process EMI foreclosures on behalf of the bank.
- Cancellation of an order under EMI is subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5.7 Responsibility Disclaimer
ANS Tracknology acts solely as a merchant offering EMI as a payment option. The EMI facility is provided by the respective bank/card issuer and governed by your card agreement with the bank. ANS Tracknology is not a party to the financing arrangement and bears no liability for interest charges, EMI processing delays, bank fees, or any issues arising from your credit card agreement.
6. Hardware Warranty
- ANS Tracknology GPS devices come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects under normal use.
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship — not physical damage, water damage, or unauthorised modifications.
- Warranty claims must be supported by the original purchase invoice.
- In-warranty replacement or repair is provided at no additional charge. Out-of-warranty repairs are chargeable.
- CCTV and biometric products carry warranties as per the respective manufacturer's terms.
- AIS 140 device warranty is subject to government certification validity and device model specifications.
7. User Obligations & Acceptable Use
7.1 Compliance
- Use GPS tracking devices and services strictly in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, AIS 140 mandates, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Obtain all necessary regulatory approvals, permits, or registrations required for operating GPS-tracked vehicles in your jurisdiction.
- Comply with AIS 140 government mandates for vehicle tracking where applicable (commercial vehicles, school buses, etc.).
7.2 Privacy & Consent
- Ensure that all vehicle operators, drivers, and employees whose vehicles/movements are tracked have been duly informed and have provided their consent as required under applicable privacy and labour laws.
- Not use the tracking services to stalk, harass, or unlawfully monitor individuals.
- Handle any personal data collected through the platform in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7.3 Prohibited Activities
- Tampering with, reverse-engineering, or modifying any GPS device or software platform provided by ANS Tracknology.
- Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
- Sharing your account credentials or allowing unauthorised third-party access to the tracking platform.
- Attempting to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or geographic restrictions on the platform.
- Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful content through our platform or APIs.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content on www.anstracknology.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, software code, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of ANS Tracknology or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website and platform solely for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.
- You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the website, products, or software without express written permission from ANS Tracknology.
- The ANS Tracknology name, logo, and product names are trademarks of ANS Tracknology. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
ANS Tracknology endeavours to maintain 99% uptime for its platform services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by network outages, server maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
9.2 GPS Accuracy
GPS tracking is subject to signal availability, satellite coverage, and geographic obstructions. ANS Tracknology does not warrant 100% accuracy of location data and shall not be liable for decisions made solely on the basis of GPS data.
9.3 Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANS Tracknology's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms, our products, or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ANS Tracknology in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages
ANS Tracknology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.5 Third-Party Services
ANS Tracknology uses third-party services including Razorpay (payment gateway), Google Maps (mapping), and telecom operators (SIM/data). We are not liable for failures, errors, or outages caused by these third-party providers.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ANS Tracknology, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
- Your use (or misuse) of ANS Tracknology products, services, or platform
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights
- Any dispute arising from your use of CC EMI or credit card facilities
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007
- The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (for GPS/AIS 140 compliance)
- The Personal Data Protection framework as applicable
The courts of Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or our products and services, you agree to first contact ANS Tracknology at info@anstracknology.com to seek an informal resolution. We will endeavour to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving written notice.
12.2 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties, or appointed under the Act. The seat of arbitration shall be Thane, Maharashtra. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
12.3 Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Section shall limit your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may also approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission/Forum for resolution of consumer disputes.
12.4 Payment Disputes via Razorpay
For payment disputes (including failed transactions, double charges, or EMI discrepancies) through the Razorpay gateway, you may also contact Razorpay's support at support@razorpay.com or via their Grievance Portal.
13. Force Majeure
ANS Tracknology shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, floods, fires, earthquakes, pandemics, government regulations, civil unrest, war, telecom network failures, satellite failures, or power outages.
14. Modifications to Terms
- ANS Tracknology reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on www.anstracknology.com/terms with an updated "Last Updated" date.
- Continued use of our website, products, or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
- For material changes, we will notify registered customers via email at least 15 days before the changes take effect.
15. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, Razorpay). These links are provided for your convenience only. ANS Tracknology does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party websites or services.
16. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
ANS Tracknology's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
